Today Big Day: What's Your Question?

RECENTLY, all the Feast Builders went through four weeks of training how to be a Meta-Coach. The most difficult part was not the learning but the unlearning. By nature, the Builders are Preachers. So they like talking, teaching, training, and…talking some more. But to be a Coach was to do the very opposite: To listen, to observe, and to ask questions.

Here’s something I realized: Leaders are listeners.

You’ll know that a person is wise not by the quality of his answers but by the quality of his questions.

So in this special series, I tried to listen more to you.

Ever since we started the course, we’ve been collecting your questions.I’ve tried to answer them (online and live), but today, I’ll try to answer more of them.
