Torpedo!

I DON’T wake up each morning asking, “Hmm, what will I do today?”
Each morning, I wake up like a torpedo towards a predetermined target.
I know my mission in life—it’s to bless people with my gift of communication.
Preaching and writing isn’t my job. It’s my sacred mission from God.
My family is my mission. I don’t ask, “Should I play with my kids today?”
Last night, Francis looked at me and said, “Daddy, can you watch with me?”
I didn’t ask if it was God’s will to spend time with my son. I knew it was God’s will.
So I slipped in the DVD, sat on the coach, and watched Garfield with my son. And we had a ball.

Yes, God spoke to me last night. He didn’t speak with bolts of lightning, with peals of thunder, or with a rumbling earthquake. He spoke in the whispers as He did with Elijah. He spoke through my son, “Daddy, can you watch with me?” He speaks through my wife too. When my wife asks me, “Bo, I feel I’m not important to you anymore…” Ouch. That’s God’s voice for me.
God’s will is not a detailed plan. God’s will is His divine call to live a life of love.

And He speaks through signs. Mostly not spectacular supernatural signs, but simple, ordinary, natural signs.

Get ready for God’s visit to you today!
May your dreams come true
